Uploading Issue ..HELP !



lately i've been having this awkward issue where my laptop prevents me from uploading any picture i draw to Deviantart as well as Tumblr. i can't put anything to my stash , nor normally submit it to the gallery ! .. there's a message box that pops out telling me there's some kind of error without telling me what it is !! i'm going insane !!
and i wonder whether i have to format my laptop , or just wait till it gets right !! :iconsadfaceplz:
